Nikka Whisky Tasting - April 2026
Nikka
Founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru — the “Father of Japanese Whisky” — Nikka has become one of Japan’s most respected and influential producers.
With distilleries in both Yoichi (Hokkaido) and Miyagikyo (Sendai), Nikka draws on two distinct climates and production styles: Yoichi’s bold, peaty, coastal spirit and Miyagikyo’s elegant, fruit-forward, delicately perfumed whisky. The result is a portfolio that showcases the full breadth of Japanese craftsmanship, from rich single malts to beautifully balanced blends like Taketsuru Pure Malt and the signature Nikka From the Barrel. A Nikka tasting isn’t just a whisky lineup — it’s a journey through the origins, philosophy, and evolution of Japanese whisky itself.
This 2.5hr tasting experience will guide you through some of the best this iconic distillery has to offer.
Guests will receive a Nikka Days Whisky cocktail on arrival and sample 5 Nikka whiskies, each paired with specially selected food items from Arcadia’s menu.
Date: Tuesday 7th April 2026
Time: 7:00pm - 9:30pm
