Our passionate staff aren’t just whisky lovers, they’re also event professionals and they will guide your guests through curated drams, signature cocktails, and seasonal menus with genuine warmth. We work closely with you to tailor each element — drinks, food, layout, and tone — so the night feels unmistakably yours.

Choose from our cosy Lounge for smaller gatherings, the versatile Tasting Room for private dinners, or take over Arcadia in its entirety for something truly exclusive. With our flexible spaces and design, we can create the perfect space for you, whether it’s a private dinner and whisky tasting for half a dozen of your best clients, or a birthday party for 65 of your closest friends, we can accomodate you.

The Lounge

Our signature space. Intimate, warm and unmistakably Arcadia. Bathed in soft amber light, the lounge offers a refined yet relaxed setting that invites conversations to flow. Plush seating, moody textures, and a touch of old-world charm make it perfect for tastings, private gatherings and evenings shared with good company.

The Tasting Room

A secluded space designed for focus, flavour and good conversation. Centred around a single long table, The Tasting Room is ideal for private dinners, whisky masterclasses and intimate gatherings.

Full Venue Hire

Take over Arcadia for the night. Our areas combine to create an immersive setting for celebrations that feel both intimate and elevated. Mingle across cosy corners in lounge, gather under the glow of the bar, escape the noise in the tasting room or get loud in the arcade. With full access to our team, sound system and curated drinks list, it’s the ultimate Arcadia experience.

  • We don’t charge venue hire fees but we do require a minimum spend for function bookings. The minimum charge can be spread across food and drinks.

  • At Arcadia, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages. Every event has its own rhythm, purpose, and personality — and we build around that. Instead of preset menus or fixed inclusions, we work closely with you to design a bespoke experience that suits your guest list, style, and budget.

    From whisky tastings to black tie cocktail parties, or a private dining experience, every detail is tailored to make your event feel authentically yours.

  • We have a selection of food options to suit all tastes and budgets. Either choose a range of items from our menu or we can provide a designer canapé menu, tailored to your function.

    Unfortunately, due to food safety regulations we can’t allow outside food.

  • Our in house baker - Nikki Bakes - is on hand to make you a designer cake for your function or you’re more then welcome to bring your own cake along at no extra charge.

  • A deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit amount varies, depending on your chosen day, area and overall budget.
