This 2.5hr tasting experience is perfect for whisky lovers, the whisky curious and fanatics, alike.

• Sample 3 whiskies from the 78 Degrees Range, each paired with specially selected food items

• Sample a 78 Degrees “new-make” pre barrelling distillate.

Muscat Finish Whisky - When seeking a fortified wine to further mature our whiskey, we sought to further showcase what Australian whiskey can be, focusing on what is an iconic Australian fortified wine.

Paired with: Blue cheese and lavosh

Native Grain Whisky - The first whiskey in the world to be made using Australian cereal grains, this year's Native Grain release is truly exceptional, representing a single cask expression of our award winning whiskey - limited to just 300 bottles.

New-Make: A rare opportunity to try the pure form of whisky known as white dog, or new-make spirit.This is the distillate, or spirit, immediately after it comes off the still following the distillation process.It has not yet undergone aging in oak barrels, which is what gives whisky its characteristic colour, flavour and aroma.
