Included Whiskies:

1. Two-Fold - Versatile, approachable and bursting with flavour.
Two-Fold is a wheat and single malt whisky folded together and matured in Australian red wine barrels. Balanced with notes of juicy red fruit, oak spice and sweet vanilla, you'll find Two-Fold is outrageously delicious neat, on ice or shaken in any classic cocktail.

• ABV: 40%

• Nose: Bright tropical fruits, mixed red berries, vanilla and cereal. 

• Palate: A great balance of red fruit and vanilla with a nice cereal and toasty backbone. 

• Finish: Delicate and long. A delicious, well-rounded palate that makes Two-Fold perfect for drinking neat or in your favorite cocktails. 

2. Nova - Our signature single malt.
Bursting with notes of red berries, chocolate and soft oak spice, Nova is Starward's fruit-forward, signature single malt whisky. Fully matured in Australian red wine

• ABV: 41%

• Nose: Bold flavours of red berries, dark chocolate and orchard fruit.

• Palate: Rich chocolate raspberry pudding covered in vanilla, caramel and spice

• Finish: Bright red fruit is gradually accompanied by a touch of oak with a soft, long finish

3. 100 Proof - Lusciously bold. Bottled at 100-Proof.
100-Proof is a robust single malt whisky that is fully matured in American oak, red wine barrels and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). Championing Australian ingredients, 100-Proof is full-bodied and decadent, featuring notes of juicy plum, ganache and sweet vanilla.

• ABV: 50%

• Nose: Upfront aromas of Madagascan vanilla pods, rich toasted American oak, blackberry jam, raisins, dried fig, and over ripe plums.

• Palate: Rich and full bodied, vanilla, quince paste, Muscadelle raisins, chocolate ganache, cinnamon and baked banana bread

• Finish: Viscous and long. Capturing the whole palate and balanced well with a finish of baking spices from the oak and ripe figs and raisins.

4. Solera - Our rich, complex original.
Aged in Apera barrels (Australian sherry), Solera offers deliciously rich notes of caramel chews, crème brûlée and a lingering dry spice. Not only is Solera our first ever whisky, but it also happens to be one of our founder’s favourites. Could it soon be yours too?

• ABV: 43%

• Nose: Ripe orchard fruits, raisins, toffee and vanilla. 

• Palate: Caramel chews, creme brûlée, ripe banana, figs and a touch of nougat.

• Finish: Rich and balanced from the succulent honey.

5. Honeycomb - Two-Fold whisky infused with native flora honey.
Taking our versatile, approachable and delicious Two-Fold, we've added a touch of something fun. Carefully infused with the finest native flora honey, sourced locally in Victoria from Pure Peninsula Honey, making it the ultimate cocktail companion, neat sipper or dessert topper.

• ABV: 40%

• Nose: Tropical and ripe red fruits from Starward's Two-Fold with a hint of fresh honey. 

• Palate: Bright tropical fruits come forward on the palate balanced by lightly toasted oak.

• Finish: Rich and balanced from the succulent honey.
